The wall is approximately 3.0 m high and 30.0m long. The wall includes stone stairs with handrails leading up to the main property. Any services encountered require reinstatement. We are proposing that the wall be constructed of concrete block with a sandstone or artificial stone veneer cladding. The wall is located in a Heritage Area of Woollahara Council. Refer to attached photos. We can supply the Survey Plan as required. Cost to include all other Consultants as required. Council Fees can be separate. Two fees are required. 1. DA 2.
